Abstract


News channel is a kind of professional channel which broadcasts news programs and pare-news programs all the day. Many local TV stations in mainland of china usually start with news channel, which is a kind of stable though called news-depend. However, those so-called news channels spend to much time on broadcasting TV series or entertainment programs. They buy those programs instead of producing themselves; therefore, strictly speaking, those channels are more like news comprehensive channels instead of news channels. Chongqing news channel was the later one in the past. On 1st,oct.,2008, Chongqing news channel experiences a official reform, and becomes a professional news channel which broadcasts news programs all -day- long on 1st ,nov.,2008.Fujian news channel is the first real news channel in mainland. It was the forth channel of Fujian TV station, and began to broadcast programs on 23,may,which it takes more than ten years for news channel in mainland to grow up from 1999.During the long process, precious experiences are accumulated, and it has great effects on deeper levels such as politics, economy, culture and social life. Related researches still concentrate on national news channel, the CCTV news channel; however, it seems that the local news channels are ignored by researchers. The present researches about local news channel appear to be very scattered, and are far away from being systematic, theoretical and foresighted. This paper aims at researching the local TV news communication under the channel structure. On the other words, the basic problem of this paper is how to better the TV news communication under the channel structure.Local news channel, or area news channel, can only cover a certain area. Most of those are set by TV stations in provinces or cities. It has all the features the news channel has, that is, it broadcasts news programs and pare-news programs all day long. But different from the national news channel, it covers less area, and its target audiences are stable, moreover, it has more local cultural, which results different ideas of communication.According to administration level of TV media （or video land）, TV channels are classified as nation level, province level and city level. According to the cover field, they can be classified as national, area and city. In this paper, the later 2 types are researched.Different from news channel of Fujian TV that set 10 years ago, Chongqing news channel is a result of the certain stage of TV news channel development. In this stage, the theory on TV news communication has developed a lot and the concepts of timeliness and truth get new meanings. Normalized live coverage of TV news channel does not only change the definition of news, moreover, it becomes the highlight that attracts audiences. Meanwhile, through its effects on local society, politics, economy and culture, local news channel provides lots of new research materials and sight for the concept which concerns to interaction of media and society. Therefore, regarding the Chongqing news channel as a diachronic coordinates, to compare the other local news channels and CCTV news channel is very helpful to explore the specific idea of communication and rule of operation of local news channels. The research will reveal idea of communication, feature of running and model of operation of local news channel, which brings to its staff a new rhetorical target and guides the practice directly.This paper regards the CQTV news channel as the core, and is expanded by discussing the problem of how to better the TV news communication under the channel structure. It will combine with the existed researches, and overcome their problemes .the paper will try to be systematic, rhetorical and foresighted. It concentrates on conception, system, competition and operation. The first one aims to research the local news channel’s basic concept and its effects on local society. the second one is to compare the local news channel to CCTV news channel in the management system and model reform in order to explore the feasible management system for the local news channel. The third one tries to research the competition situation in local channels. The last one discusses the specific operation process of CQTV news channel. Generally speaking, the concept level is more like a macro-analysis on the local news channel, the system level and competition level are macro - analysis, and the last level is the micro- analysis which is about practice.
