Abstract


In this era of rapid development of Internet, people eager to office automation, and the human resources management system can be open, convenient, popular, and long-range supported. Tianjin Normal University Human Resource Department therefore is going to develop this human resources management system (PMIS), which is based on the PHP language, in order to browse and operate the information online, delegate the right authority to the each department. The availability of long-range ability will help the PMIS to be more perfect, more powerful, and more convenient.Firstly, the problem existed in current construction work of university human resource management informationization is analyzed and the requirement of systematical function based on PHP human resource management system and datebase is cleared. On this basis, functional localization, core function and system flow of network cooperation office platform based on human resource management system developed by PHP. Secondly, in each connection of the four staff databases of in-service staff database, retiree database, introducted staff database and reduced staff database, in the processes of "staff introducing, staff servicing, staff reducting and staff retiring, perfect operation flow and multilevel approval flow control is supplied with the help of huge access control system, among which the realization of functions directed towards user entry technology, data backup and recovery technology, image data upload technology and data dictionary transfer has been selectively analyzed.In actual use, the system is a middle and high end enterprises and institutions human resource management system as an integration of four staff database management. The system is simple to operate and maintain with high practicability and inheritance of advantages of "staff database" software. It realized less input, shorter period and solutions to the most critical and urgent human resource management problems of enterprises and institutions.
