In the 21st century,humanities enter into knowledge economy times,with the knowledge flowing globally,which sped up the advancement of economic globalization.At present,the economical growth greatly relied on the knowledge production,diffusion and application compared to any time before.The knowledge intensive business services impenetrate in the whole process of innovation,and act as the user,the source and the intermediary of the innovation.It becomes the focus of economic growth and the important domain each country participating international competition of trade in service.The industrial transfer has developed with the development of economic globalization and the progress of scientific technology,and draws more and more widespread attention in recent decades.International division of labor in production’s realm becomes more extensive,and elements of production flow freely among regions,making the rapid development of multinational companies which can organize production and circulation activities within the world.Facing the new background of the times,the industrial transfer shows new characteristics and new issues,which we need deeply examine the influential factors from reality.Because of the limitations of the original theory on the interpretation of these new features,and scholars at home and abroad paying no attention to the impact of knowledge-intensive business service,this paper starts with knowledge-intensive business,and tries to study the industrial transfer on the basis of knowledge,services and innovation,and at the same time discusses the impact of industrial transfer on KIBS.The paper firstly discusses the knowledge activities in services and the characteristics of KIBS innovation,and then on that basis,analyzes the effectiveness of knowledge,innovation and the role of scientific intermediary services in the industrial.transfer.On the one hand,as the main carriers of industrial transfer,multinational companies with competitive advantages expand overseas,making industrial restructuring,substantial profits and promoting their own high-tech innovation and development;on the other hand through the industrial transfer,the developing countries import advanced technology and after absorbing and re-innovating, promote the level of technology and raise the ultimate realization of innovation.Finally,related with the development of China’s knowledge-intensive business service,it discusses the transfer of KIBS,and to make appropriate policy recommendations.
