Abstract


With the vigorously promote China 's rapid economic development and urbanization , a large number of the traffic travel needs of the residents of cities , the rapid growth of car ownership , which makes a lot of cities are facing severe traffic congestion , air pollution and other problems . \Conventional public transport is an important part of the city 's public transport system in the country , is also the main public transport in major cities . The routine bus operators and bus operators , management and organizational level - public transport enterprises directly affect the level of development of the entire city's public transportation , also related to residents' daily production , the quality of life of travel and the socio - economic development of the entire city . Objective evaluation and analysis of the effect of the operators of public transport enterprises , and to detect operational problems and propose improvement measures have important practical significance . For the purpose of this paper to evaluate the the bus business operations effect . First, the summary of the management and development of the domestic and international public transport operators , respectively, from three main angles of the enterprises , passengers , and social analysis of the effect of bus operators on this basis . Second, previous experience , combined with the actual operational status of the bus company , and established a fairly complete set of the bus business operations effect the new evaluation index system . Then , after the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation method , the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) to the combination of a comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP DEA . Finally, select the Beijing Bafangda under the three sub- companies as a decision-making unit , and comparative analysis of the method of AHP-DEA two angles from the the operators overall effect and operational efficiency , which found the existing problems in the operation of enterprises and the main factors affecting the effect Finally suggestions for improvement .
