Abstract


The helicopter patrol line greatly reduce the workload and the labor intensity of the ground line patrol officers , the larger significance of the liberation of labor , improving the level of line inspection . However , the helicopter patrol line in helicopter models , cooperative situation , mode of operation , the different choices will lead to different costs . How to control its costs at a minimum , the power companies jointly explore focus . Based on the thesis of master of multiple helicopter patrol line project management experience in the business model, project organization , project management discussions focus on some of the ways to reduce the project cost of the helicopter patrol line empirical and theoretical studies , in order to promote a helicopter patrol line raising the level of project cost management .
