Abstract

The background metabolic syndrome (metabolic syndrome, MS) is a group of metabolic disorders syndrome, including impaired central obesity, hypertension, glucose regulation and lipid metabolism. Hyperuricemia Department of purine metabolism disorder and (or) the excretion of uric acid due to a decrease, although not included in the working definition of the metabolic syndrome or metabolic syndrome diagnostic points, its occurrence in vivo glucose and lipid metabolism disorders are closely related. The current domestic and international research, the hyperuricemia metabolic syndrome occurred more than merger, childhood-onset metabolic syndrome and adulthood hyperuricemia; hyperuricemia also seriously affect the development of the metabolic syndrome and prognosis. Therefore important early active prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia, but the chemical drug treatment for the symptoms of gout appears after taking into account the adverse drug reactions, the early hyperuricemia is not listed as indications is said early hyperuricemia lack of a safe and effective drug treatment. Chinese medicine in clinical practice in the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome patients with hyperuricemia accumulated some experience, but it remains to be to be summarized and improve the theoretical aspects of the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment, cure law. Objective To observe the application Yiqi Sanju square Ju doctrine under the guidance of clinical efficacy for the treatment of metabolic syndrome hyperuricemia, and the relationship between metabolic syndrome and hyperuricemia. Methods 32 patients met the inclusion criteria of MS patients with hyperuricemia, I Yiqi Sanju square class square 12 weeks of treatment, the general condition were observed before and after treatment, body mass index (body mass index, BMI), waist circumference, waist-to-hip ratio (waist -to-hip ratio, WHR), homeostasis model insulin resistance index (homeostatic modelassessment for insulin resistance, HOMA2-IR), uric acid, fasting blood glucose, fasting blood insulin, lipids, urine protein changes. Results After treatment, patients test indicators BMI, waist circumference, WHR, HOMA2-IR, blood levels of uric acid, lipid levels, urine Series proteins and others have decreased significantly compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant. Also found that the close relationship of BMI, waist circumference and uric acid. Conclusion 1. Yiqi Sanju Treatment of metabolic syndrome have a certain effect. The 2. Yiqi Sanju Treatment hyperuricemia has a certain effect. 3. Metabolic syndrome and hyperuricemia has a close relationship.
