In today's fast-changing times, the organizations have been more and more challenges from the environment and competitors. They must be creative to provide more new products, new services in order to deal with the increasingly brutal competitive business, in order to guide the changes without change submerged. Organizational innovation capability is the key to the ability to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in this environment. Scholars widely considered to enhance organizational effectiveness and the organization's long-term development of innovation is critical. All innovation is based on the creative as well as those that the development, execution, amendment creative individual (Vande Ven, 1986), it can be said that personal innovation is the foundation and cornerstone of the higher levels of innovation. The main purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect individual innovation behavior. According to social cognitive theory point of view, the behavior of the individual is a product of the interaction of the individual and the environment. Therefore, we selected a goal-oriented, team climate for innovation as the personal characteristics and environmental factors affect the innovation behavior and the effects of their interactions. In this study, using the Goal Orientation Scale \Obtained through statistical analysis of the specific results of the study are as follows: First, through empirical research, goal-oriented first test the validity and reliability of individual innovation behavior of team innovation atmosphere of these three variables. And confirmed that these three variables are multidimensional structure. Individual innovation behavior and goal-oriented personal background variables such as gender, education, age differences. Secondly, the use of regression analysis examined the direct impact of goal-oriented individual innovation behavior. The research results show that the two dimensions of learning goal-oriented individual innovation behavior showed a significant positive impact on that goal-directed no significant effect on innovation behavior, avoidance goal oriented only have a significant negative impact on the implementation of innovative ideas. Third, stepwise regression method to test the role of team innovation atmosphere directly affect the perception of individual innovation behavior and its impact on the regulation of goal-oriented and individual innovation behavior. The results showed that: the part of the perception of the dimension of team innovation atmosphere significant predictors of individual innovation behavior. The two dimensions of task-oriented and innovative support to be able to adjust the learning goal-oriented and innovative ideas to the implementation of the relationship between.
