Abstract


Objective: The environmental factors are closely related to the level of welfare of experimental animals. The conventional experimental operation and rearing environment is likely to affect animal welfare, environmental factors, the two most important factors. The evaluation of these environmental factors on animal will help to improve the level of welfare of experimental animals. However, system studies in this regard are rare. The study by observing the different conventional experimental operation (intraperitoneal injection, intramuscular injection, orally, tails blood collection, the tail vein cutting blood collection, hard and soft fixed fixed) and rearing environment (barrier environment using ordinary open rearing cage rearing barrier independent ventilated cages (IVC) environment rearing ordinary environment IVC rearing) Wistar rats physiological steady state, a preliminary analysis of these environmental factors on the the Wistar rats welfare and related experimental studies may result background interference. Methods: 1. Wistar rats by administration operation category grouping, each group of animals were injected intraperitoneally, intramuscularly, orally three kinds of operations, seven days of continuous treatment, determination of these operations on Wistar rats neuroendocrine indicators - interferon / white interleukin -4 (of IFN-γ/IL-4)] related indicators leukocyte [white blood cells the total number of (WBC) the neutrophil cell the proportion (WLCR), the proportion of lymphocytes (WSCR)] RBC relevant indicators [red blood cells The total number (RBC), hemoglobin content (HGB), red blood cell hematocrit (HCT)] and the impact of stress proteins [C-reactive protein (CRP)] and stress molecules (hsp72mRNA expression levels), and evaluation of animal welfare state. 2. Wistar rats by blood collection operation category grouping, blood collection and the tail vein of the tails of the animals in each group cut blood collection, seven days of continuous treatment, the same determination of these operations on Wistar rats neuroendocrine indicators immune indicators leukocyte indicators, the red blood cell-related indicators, stress proteins and stress molecules, evaluation of animal welfare state. .
