Abstract


Soccer reserve talented person is a national football sports development condition, the precondition of a Chinese football professionalism, since the reform of Chinese football sports professionalization has profound significance for China, in the process of reform of Chinese football level had the very big enhancement, but compared with as in east Asia, Japan and South Korea, the development level of Chinese football appears underpowered, makes the gap between China and South Korea is gradually expanding. Explore the reasons, and youth soccer reserve personnel training is a key. So, in terms of football reserve talents cultivation in our country are what are the problems to be solved. In this paper, in order to reserve football talents cultivation as the main line, this paper studies China's on the football back-up personnel training problems existing in the process, and on this basis, to explore a reasonable way to improve the level of Chinese football back-up personnel training. In terms of research methods, the author makes reference to predecessors' ideas, using the combination of literature and investigation, and logic analysis. Is problem of football reserve talents in our country has carried on the analysis and research, the author thinks in order to improve the level of football reserve talents cultivation in our country, our country's football reform should go the way of teaching combined with the body, and the corresponding set up perfect management system, which guarantees the healthy development of China's football.
