Objective: The detection of essential hypertension ( EH ) patients and normal plasma brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ) , the concentration of urine aquaporin -2 ( AQP2 ) to explore the BNP and AQP2 in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension provide a theoretical basis for the role of hypertension diagnosis, treatment . Methods: 147 patients essential hypertension , left ventricular hypertrophy ( LVH ) and left ventricular hypertrophy ( NLVH ) in accordance with the left ventricular mass index ( LVMI ) Each group was further divided according to blood pressure levels is divided into 1 , 2,3 hypertension three subgroups , the other choice of 30 healthy people as a control group , plasma BNP concentration detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) , indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( indirect ELISA ) to detect urine AQP2 concentration , and mean arterial pressure ( MAP ) , the application of SPSS 13.0 version statistical software for all measured values ??for statistical analysis of the relationship between all levels in hypertensive patients the plasma BNP levels and urinary AQP2 concentration , MAP . Results : 1 LVH group patients and normal control group , over NLVH patients : plasma BNP ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , urinary AQP2 concentrations were higher ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , three subgroups of different blood pressure levels in plasma BNP urine AQP2 concentration higher than the control group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , and the same blood pressure level NLVH group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , and increased with elevated blood pressure levels ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; urine AQP2 concentration , plasma BNP concentration , MAP between the each other was positively correlated ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . 2 NLVH patients and normal control group : plasma BNP concentrations ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , urinary AQP2 concentrations were higher ( P lt ; 0.05 ) subgroups of plasma BNP, urine AQP2 concentration than the normal group increased , but between these two indicators in the sub-group had no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; and urine AQP2 concentrations , plasma BNP concentration , MAP are paired with each other no correlation ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : 1.LVH group serum BNP levels higher than normal control group and NLVH of group , suggesting that the detection of BNP is conducive to the early diagnosis of LVH in patients with essential hypertension complicated ; 2 . LVH subgroup of patients plasma BNP concentration increased blood pressure higher and higher ; group 3.LVH patients plasma urine AQP2 concentration and blood pressure levels were positively correlated with BNP levels , prompted BNP may affect the expression of AQP2 through the interaction between the cell messenger molecule ; 4. the NLVH group urine AQP2 concentrations higher than the normal control group, no significant correlation between plasma BNP concentrations , blood pressure levels .
