Abstract

Purpose: This study was to observe the acute coronary syndrome patients with peripheral blood concentration of HO-1 and IL -6 , to explore their clinical significance ① serum HO-1 levels with ACS ② AMI and UAP in peripheral blood of patients with HO-1 differences in the level ③ HO-1 level of ACS in patients with coronary artery lesions relations methods : according to history, symptoms , cardiac enzymes , electrocardiogram and coronary angiography (CAG) checks selected ACS patients diagnosed 60 cases as the test group , including acute myocardial infarction ( AMI group , 30 cases ) , unstable angina pectoris (UAP group , 30 cases ) , as well as by coronary angiography showed 21 cases of normal healthy individuals as a control group . Coronary artery lesion morphology in the experimental group divided into three types: the type Ⅰ smooth surface and wide base Ministry lesions ; surface is not smooth ( rugged , crater - like , Kanying ) or surface smooth , but narrow base department lesion type Ⅱ ; irregular long segment stenosis ⅲ type . ACS patients and the control group were hospitalized or undergo a medical examination was collected blood samples were centrifuged , the cryopreserved be time detection . Groups peripheral blood of HO- 1 and IL-6 concentration was measured by ELISA method ; SPSS13.0 version of statistical experimental results , the measurement data to x ± S , t-test , the test of significance between the two sets of data , counting X2 test was used for data applications a significant test of a two-sided alpha = 0.05 , p lt ; 0.05 difference was statistically significant . Results : 1.ACS serum HO-1 levels significantly higher than normal coronary control group , P lt ; 0.01 ; 2.AMI serum HO-1 levels significantly higher than that of the UAP group , P lt ; 0.01; 3 type III lesions serum HO-1 levels significantly higher than type Ⅱ group and type I lesions group , type II lesion group was significantly higher than that of type I lesions , P lt; 0.01 , and both showed a positive correlation (R = 0.901, P lt; 0.01 ) ; 4.ACS serum IL-6 levels were significantly increased , and the levels of HO-1 and IL-6 levels related (R = 0.567, P lt; 0.01). Conclusion : 1.ACS serum HO-1 level was significantly elevated , and elevated levels of HO-1 and IL-6 levels elevated , indicating that HO-1 may be involved in the pathophysiology of the ACS process ; 2.AMI serum HO 1 levels significantly higher than those in patients with UAP , and HO-1 level increased with increasing severity of coronary lesions , suggesting that the level of serum HO-1 related to the degree of coronary lesions of ACS patients .
