Abstract


With the increasing complexity of labor relations diversify production in order to promote the smooth progress of the urgent need to adjust labor relations through various means . Although the relevant labor laws and regulations can play a role, however, and is most closely associated enterprise business rules and regulations . At present there are many problems business rules and regulations , causing frequent labor disputes . Therefore, in this paper, based on the analysis of these issues from the perspective of labor relations and the law gives the relevant policy recommendations . Firstly, an objective analysis of the business rules and regulations of the background and theoretical basis for the proposed rules and regulations need to improve the enterprise : Business rules has an important position , but the company failed to attach importance to , the contradiction between the two , triggering a labor dispute , which gives enterprises and workers have brought huge losses , so it is necessary to improve and perfect the business rules and regulations . Then separately from the democratic participation of business rules and regulations , the development of procedural norms , operability , etc. details of the current problems of business rules and regulations . The most fundamental problem is that the enterprise unequal status of both parties , so you need to solve these problems and improve employee participation in management system.
