Abstract


Air injection is an effective enhanced oil recovery technology in recent years has been more and more attention. Dozens of oil fields is to apply this technology at home and abroad. Domestic Zhongyuan Oilfield and Baise oilfield applications, The air drive / air foam flooding oil displacement efficiency, compared with the nitrogen injection is a more economical flooding technology. But the more serious corrosion in the air injection process. There are two main corrosion: CO 2 corrosion NOTE oxygen corrosion in gas wells and production wells. Both corrosion can cause the the downhole string and comprehensive ground pipeline corrosion and severe localized corrosion, even cause pipeline corrosion cracking, and shorten the service life of oil and gas wells, causing huge economic losses. This article for Notes oxygen corrosion air flooding, gas injection wells and production wells CO 2 corrosion, expand the following studies: in the the production wells CO 2 corrosion conditions using weight loss method to study the inhibition effect of CO 2 inhibitor. For different working conditions of air injection, and the inhibitor used in a variety of circumstances, to carry out experimental research reveals the inhibitor concentration, temperature, flow rate, time of the rate of corrosion inhibitor law, and to study the corrosion inhibitor of the synergies between the complex. Were screened for inhibition of oxygen corrosion and inhibition of the air bubble corrosion inhibitor injection wells for air oxygen corrosion environment, using weight loss method, experiments to test the effect of different corrosion inhibitor, and foam liquid with corrosion inhibitor to each other's between the influence of corrosion and corrosion mechanism. Finally, consider the selection of the conditions of production wells oxygen and CO 2 corrosion coexist under the corrosive influence of corrosion inhibitor. Note for the site requirements of the process conditions in the air, a corrosion inhibitor downhole put prefilming quantity of gas injection wells and production wells corrosion inhibitor and normal filling amount calculated. Inhibitor raise and production conditions of the site, design and draw applicable to the production wells, injection wells corrosion inhibitor injection process flow diagram, and put forward three main methods of corrosion monitoring. Finally, the combination of on-site requirements put forward a comprehensive anti-corrosion measures the flooding process suitable for air injection wells and production wells, thus greater decreases column corrosion and prolong the life of the gas injection wells and production wells and oilfield injection air flooding process goes smoothly.
