The present study confirm : is one of the preferred target organ ischemia-reperfusion injury in lung tissue , mainly as pulmonary edema , alveolar damage , impaired gas exchange . The protective effect of preconditioning ischemia - reperfusion injury in the lung tissue for the evaluation of high-density lipoprotein , we can use a rat analog orthotopic left lung transplantation model . 24 healthy adult weighing 250-270g female SD rats were randomly divided into three groups . High-density lipoprotein - the ischemic preconditioning group (H / IPC), before ischemia 10min to give the injection of HDL handling . After the test , the animals were sacrificed before blood collection measure the pH the PaO 2 sub > and PaCO 2 sub > . The animals were killed after the detection of MPO, SOD, MDA level and lung tissue wet / dry weight ratio (W / D) Histological and morphological comparison . Results ① IR group compared : given HDL pretreatment can increased PaO 2 . Reduce the PaCO 2 , a significant improvement in ventilatory function ; not only significantly reduced lung wet / dry weight ratio (W / D), but also significantly reduce the number of PMN in the lavage fluid ; ② compared with SO : IR group lung tissue MDA content and MPO activity increased ( P <0.05 ) , and SOD activity was significantly reduce (all P < 0.01 ) ; H / IPC group and SO group, no significant difference (P> 0.05) ③ light microscope : it can be clearly observed in the the SO lung tissue structure , and the thin alveolar wall ; IR group lung tissue not only lung congestion , foamy discharge , and there are significant edema , a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration , alveolar septa significantly widened ; H / IPC group was significantly lighter than the IR group, no significant difference in the SO group . Conclusion: given HDL preprocessing can reduce pulmonary capillary permeability , reduce neutrophil infiltration degree , reduce the excessive production of oxygen free radicals after reperfusion might ischemia-reperfusion injury in lung tissue have a protective effect .
