Abstract

A sound development of the market , is bound to corporate survival of the fittest , which is the eternal laws of the market economy . With the deepening of China's economic reform , in the face of a considerable number of enterprises due to products not suited to the needs of the market or due to poor management and other reasons , long-term losses , relying on financial subsidies live , resulting in a waste of social resources , affecting the implementation of the objectives of the reform realities bankruptcy and liquidation system to eliminate backward enterprises more and more attention . The bankruptcy liquidation system in China there are many obstacles , both institutional and practical , both external factors interfere with another internal factors , therefore , actively explore the operational methods and practices , from theory to practice multi-angle and resolved, is a priority.
