Abstract


This paper focuses on the Ministry of Agriculture Management Institute 's continuing education Integrated Management Information System ( hereinafter referred to as information systems ) to discuss . Reference to similar educational institution management information systems experience , and according to the actual business needs and college business process , this paper proposes an information system design ; process for the implementation of information systems , project management proposed methods and lessons learned . Design solutions include both hardware and software parts. Hardware part discusses the three-tier information system network platform architecture design, namely, the core layer, convergence layer and access layer ; software section discusses the information system module division : including 7 application software subsystems , namely training management system , coordination office systems ( including information dissemination, internal mail ) , integrated library management systems, streaming media integrated service system, hotel integrated business management system , extranet websites and e-mail systems, public services display systems . Through this system, the advantages and disadvantages of the analysis, summed up the system to achieve the construction of ideas from the management focus type to a business focused transformation of the feature, the feature is reflected in the system architecture design using a service-oriented thinking , technical route on the use of object-oriented J2EE technologies ; simultaneously in the system design principles , technical route and project management are reflected in all aspects of cost control and risk control thinking on the same educational information systems design and implementation has a certain reference value.
