Abstract


IPTV service is a TV terminal , high - bandwidth network transmission infrastructure , including voice , data and video services as one of the interactive streaming media business . \network integration and improve information security system . At the same time, the telecom companies in recent years due to increased competition , the traditional telecom business revenue continues to decline , the underlying network from circuit-switched network gradually bandwidth network upgrade , the mode of operation of the telecommunications enterprises also will change to provide integrated information service . IPTV service is the most suitable to promote the \This paper describes the process of development and current situation of IPTV services at home and abroad , as well as Wuxi Telecom 's business operations analysis, and thus pointed out the significance of the development of IPTV services on the strategic transformation of Wuxi Telecom and IPTV services . Analysis of the existing domestic and international IPTV business model , combined with local realities in Wuxi , the integrated use of the product development project management theory , marketing theory, information theory of product management planning and design of the research and development work of the Wuxi Telecom IPTV services , and marketing, system, service and support operation mode of development were discussed. This article aims to more research based on theoretical analysis , Wuxi Telecom IPTV products business support and operational development of the guidance .
