Abstract


As the 21st century economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, competition between enterprises is becoming more hotly, coupled with global financial turmoil, rising international oil prices, increasingly severe bottleneck resources, increasing environmental pressures. In the new strategic context, the Northeast Chemical Sales Company is how to be in the fierce market competition and the continuous development of an invincible position, the key is to form own competitive advantage, and build their own core competitiveness.This paper presents a thorough study of the Northeast Chemical Sales Company, on the basis of competitiveness theory, with the main line of the competitiveness of Northeast Chemical Sales Company, and apply fuzzy comprehensive to evaluate the Northeast Chemical Sales Company core competitiveness. First of all, the paper pointed out that the existence of the problem of the Northeast Chemical Sales Company, and used the SWOT Analysis to analysis the status quo of the Northeast Chemical Sales Company. On this basis, the paper established the core competitiveness evaluation index system from the marketing, management ability, innovation, enterprise culture and the external environment. And using fuzzy comprehensive, the paper evaluated the core competencies of the Northeast Chemical Sales Company, the last based on the evaluation results of the Northeast Chemical Sales Company to enhance the core competitiveness of the countermeasures proposed. This paper, through the research of the core competitiveness of Northeast Chemical Sales Company, aims to provide a series of scientific, reasonable and effective the strategies to enhance the core competitiveness and to help companies build their own core competitiveness.
