Postmenopausal women, the most important feature of this particular life cycle is the lack of estrogen, this will not only lead to decreased bone formation, bone resorption enhanced affect bone metabolism but also from other sources, considerable loss of bone mass, resulting in post-menopausal bone osteoporosis, severe human bone pain, physical deformities, decreased activity, prone to fracture and difficult healing symptoms. This not only significantly reduces the quality of life of patients with the harm its final brought osteoporotic fractures, can not be ignored. Postmenopausal osteoporosis is both preventable and treatable, which sports to play an important role in its prevention, but the best way of training is still under discussion. The research and application of human anatomy, the theory of sports training, sports nutrition, management and research, and through post-menopausal osteoporosis \Full-text Database, Chinese Scientific Journals Full-text Database (VIP) 1984-2010 All literature, in-depth analysis of the literature, through interviews with experts, logical analysis and other methods and means, both at home and abroad prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis exercise therapy summarized the status quo, aerobic exercise, strength training, the progress of the vibrational motion mechanism; affect the movement efficacy of sport, exercise time, exercise frequency, intensity and motion effects instrumental assessment are described; China postmenopausal loose motion to intervene in this regard although the pace of progress quickly, but there are related strength training the relative aerobic exercise progress is very slow, the overall domestic experimental research literature in this area is not high quality, single experimental comparison group relative lack of diverse comparison article, we propose these problems, and analyze, the reference suggestions to solve the problem quickly and efficiently for researchers to understand the current domestic and international research to provide a reference, an accurate grasp of recommendations for future research Future Research.
