Abstract


This article argues the significance and the objective of the strategic of urban spatial developmental planning, and proposes the strategic of urban spatial developmental plan coding. It is considered that the strategic of urban spatial developmental planning is a kind of design long-rang for economy, society and environment, and it can make up our country city overall plan establishment in the certain degree being short of. The establishment and implement depend on combination of rational fram and practice.After the study on theories and similar cases, this article discusses the history of Daqing city, and proposes estimate on opportunity, economy and space. Based on the analysis of the advantage and disadvantage of the city construction, the strategic and function orientation is presented. Further more, the article discusses the strategic fram of the city development, with a main goal deviding into three goals, including city space, industry space, traffic space and so on. Lastly, it discusses the implement of the strategic of urban spatial developmental planning.This article attempts tosummarizes the Daqing city in the urban spatial developmental strategy aspect superiority and the inferiority through researching the strategic of urban spatial developmental planning theory, and unifies the actual situation of Daqing city, and obtains from some realistic essential factors for the Daqing urban spatial developmental strategy plan puts forward the proposal and the strategy.
