Abstract


Purpose:The group of patients with moderate to severe periodontitis were treated by periodontal gingival cleaning with Jinzhi gargle and conventional Western medicine treatment of periodontitis by clinical examination and laboratory tests were observed in the treatment of severe tooth weeks in patients with periodontal inflammation clinical and inflammatory cytokines in gingival crevicular fluid levels of interleukin -6 explore the effect of cleaning the gingival gargle Jinzhi severe periodontitis treatment of the mechanism, to provide theoretical guidance for clinical use, thus therapeutic purposes.Material and method:1.Subjects: Informed consent in the patients selected met the inclusion criteria of severe periodontitis in 60 patients, who will be selected randomly divided into test group and control group, n = 30.2.Experimental Methods: All patients were diagnosed when the following checks:①general:collection of age, gender and other information.②clinical indicators examination: plaque index (PLI), gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI), probing depth (PD), attachment loss (AL) and other relevant clinical indicators of periodontal examination records.③laboratory tests: The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of GCF inflammatory cytokine interleukin -6 (IL-6) levels were determined.3.Treatment and Review: Week 1 at diagnosis of periodontal subgingival ultrasonic scaling was conducted after the periodontal pocket irrigation (test group and control group patients were using gold Zhi Jie and the concentration of gingival Gargle 3% hydrogen peroxide); No. 2 week return visit line subgingival curettage and root planing, periodontal pocket and then washed; the first 3 weeks and 4 weeks of oral hygiene education and referral for periodontal pocket irrigation; Week 5 return visit check again PLI, SBI , PD, AL and clinical parameters related to gingival crevicular fluid IL-6 content. 4.SPSS11.0 package will use data collected for statistical analysis.Results:1.Experimental group and the general situation in the control group there was no significant difference.2.Experimental group and control group patients during visits to patients in clinical means, and IL-6 content of statistical comparisons, the difference was not statistically significant.3.After 5 weeks of treatment, the experimental group and control group means and the periodontal clinical standard IL-6 levels were decreased, the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group the indicators, the difference was statistically significant. But the test group and control group compared PLI group difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The experimental application of periodontal therapy and gingival Jinzhi cleaning treatment of periodontal disease gargle with each other to improve the clinical symptoms, improve clinical indicators of periodontal disease in patients with lower IL-6 levels, and further validation Integrative Medicine advantage of periodontal disease.2.Changes in the experimental treatment approach, the rinse fluid drugs to local drug can reach deep periodontal pockets and furcation areas, improve local micro-ecological environment, clinical treatment effect is obvious.
