Abstract


The research background AIDS pandemic has attracted the close attention of the government and society of the world. Continues to be the main route of transmission of sexually transmitted, the important factor is the FSWs low rate of condom use, AIDS prevention knowledge penetration is low, intervention coverage, prevention and control situation is grim. In 2006, the State Council promulgated the \Implementation of comprehensive interventions among commercial sex workers, is an important one. City underground services small entertainment interventions work near the area is still in the exploratory stage, combined with the high density of such places, population mobility, poor awareness of disease prevention, social support to AIDS prevention has posed a serious challenge. This study explores the Hongkou District to carry out the small entertainment AIDS prevention intervention mechanism to investigate the form of high-risk groups of AIDS prevention and control work at the grassroots level. Objective To explore the suitability of the area's small entertainment venues comprehensive HIV prevention interventions, reducing the target population infected, the risk of transmission of HIV, and also to provide experience and countermeasures to promote this work in other districts and counties of Shanghai sustainable carried out. Proposed. Strengthen the public health responsibilities of the competent authorities of the floating population play the role of technical support for the health sector, through the establishment of clear examination and evaluation system and communication coordination system, the implementation of public health strategies and measures.
