Abstract


Objective : To observe the treatment of gastric cancer domperidone gastroparesis syndrome clinical efficacy. Methods: domperidone treatment group 14 cases in addition to conventional treatment, plus domperidone . The control group of 12 patients received conventional therapy plus placebo , by monitoring gastrointestinal motility recovery time and recovery time of a normal diet , its efficacy analysis. Data using SPSS 11.5 software t test , P lt; 0.05 indicates statistical significance. Results: The treatment group domperidone gastrointestinal motility recovery time and recovery time of a normal diet earlier than the control group , two groups were statistically significant differences (p lt; 0.05), duodenal reflux and gastric pH after treatment significantly lower than before treatment (p lt; 0.05). Conclusion: domperidone therapy can significantly improve postoperative gastric gastrointestinal function and promote recovery gastroparesis .
