Abstract


This cultural and creative industries in China and the status of human development is analyzed, and fully learn the cultural and creative talents of foreign management experience, cultural and creative studies clarified the importance of talent management model. Then, on the areas of cultural and creative talent to define the modern enterprise human resource management theory and management thought in ancient China were analyzed, and the characteristics of cultural and creative talents have been summarized to construct a "SL pushpin model." Combined with the characteristics of cultural and creative talent and enterprise human resource management theory, I proposed cultural and creative talents of our management. Talent management is divided into recruitment model, business model, training model, the analysis was an example of the process. Second, the business model for the study of cultural and creative talents first conventional mode of operation were studied, and according to the different modes of talent, talent is subdivided into full-time business model, business model part-time talent, free talent business model. Third, Training Model. Proposed to build cultural and creative industries alliance system of marriage patterns and because he was advised of the enterprise culture model and structure of the knowledge structure and ability as a measure of cultural and creative talents have been classified into the cultural and creative production personnel, integration of cultural and creative talents three categories of cultural and creative business talents, different types of personnel to develop methods and corresponding training.
