Abstract


At present ,we have a high speed growing in our economy, The comprehensive national strength and the lives of the people continue promoting, but there are also executive problems in economical movements which is influenced by many other factors. As the economical entity ,the enterprise lacking of executive ability becomes one of the key problems which restrict the promotion of enterprise competitive ability. In order to promote executive ability, it’s a very important aspect to research on execution theory and the execution system which suits the Chinese condition and the culture. Research on enterprise’s executive ability ,not only promote enterprise’s executive ability but also provide solutions for the society to solve execution problems.In this article ,we use the method of systemic ,and the method of unify analysis of the whole and the partial, through the research of the execution, discuss the strategy, personnel, process and the culture, and their influence; discuss the executive method and the relation between execution and control, guarantees correct executive direction and good execution result. Construct execution model through half-quantification definition , establish execution difficulty factor, analyze the difficulty factor of the environment inside and outside. Provide suggestions to improve external environment, provide appraisal system and the appraisal method to the enterprise interior environment, and union enterprise’s example appraise the enterprise execution , and confirm the appraisal method.
