Abstract

The trend of economic globalization in full swing, along with trade liberalization sweeping the globe, this background of economic development to the countries in the world have injected vitality into the development of the domestic economy, so the premise of stable development, countries began to transfer the focus to those once simply the pursuit of economic growth and overlooked and left out things such as the environment and labor rights. The rights of workers initially object protected by the domestic law of a country, while the international community to respect each country's level of international law on the protection of the interests of their nationals, and admit that this is the principle of the supremacy, but always subject to the establishment of a country's domestic law and change economic interests around.
