Abstract


Minors face every year serious crime problem , you must take the probation penalty of measures to promote education correction juvenile offenders , prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency , promote social stability and harmonious development . Probation system in our country is not treated for juvenile offenders and adult offenders difference between juvenile offenders placed on probation for the applicable standard is unreasonable , Probation single type of professional regulatory system is not a lot of deficiencies , promote minors can not make full use of the advantages of a suspended sentence guilty the correction of Education , to achieve the purpose of punishment . Be adopted on the basis of the theory with practice , historical research, comparative study , analysis summarized research , empirical research . Based on the special nature of juvenile delinquency , the combination of penalty Humility and penalty humanitarian , punishment and education on the basis of a juvenile offender probation applies theoretical guidance , summed up the value and importance placed on probation for juvenile offenders in make recommendations the diverse probation type relaxation of the applicable standards , the establishment of the regulatory regime on the build of juvenile offenders in the probation system .
