Abstract


Construction supervision was introduced in our country in 1988.It was legally established as a system by the construction law of PRC. In the past 20 years, with the accumulation of supervision practice and theory, the relating laws and regulations are promulgation. The construction supervision contract issued by Ministry of construction. Generally speaking, all the measures are truly well for the healthy development of construction supervision. Meanwhile mountains of time is saved in the process of contract made.But as time goes by, problems occurred.There are still room needed to improve in the construction supervision contract..Few studies on construction supervision contract in china are in this perspective,many are from the aspect of technology.Bonding with the practical and theoretical knowledge of supervision field.This paper aiming at reading the concept and the traits of contract. Laying emphasis on the analysis of the construction supervision. learning well-run theory in this field from abroad. All is hope the improvement of the supervision contract in china.The paper falls into 4 parts. The first chapter aims at the analysis of basic theory of supervision contract,introduce the concept, attributes and the effect of supervision contract in the field of construction.The second chapter introduce the ran of supervision contract, include the contract performance modification and termination.The third chapter focus on resolving the problems in contract ran,especially on the payment of supervision fee and the bear of legal responsibilities.The fourth chapter concentrates on putting forward advice on how to improve the supervision contract in China.
