Abstract

Mixed concrete is developed on the basis of ordinary concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete emerged a transitional concrete . Lighter aggregate concrete than the high strength and elastic modulus , shrinkage deformation , creep and small , reducing the density of ordinary concrete , to improve the degree of hydration of cement , etc. Currently, his research at home and abroad is still relatively small. In this paper, the mechanical properties of the concrete aggregate concrete to do the following work . 312 concrete block under different water-cement ratio , lightweight aggregate replacement rate , production , testing under the age of 28 days cube compressive strength , compressive strength of prism cube splitting tensile strength and axial tensile strength and other mechanical properties , the researchers mixed concrete mechanical properties of the water-cement ratio and lightweight aggregate replacement rate . The study results show that : ( 1) mixing the concrete density decreases with lightweight aggregate replacement rate increases . Lightweight aggregate replacement rate has little effect on the specific strength of the mixed concrete , concrete strength than the strength of the main factors of impact . ( 2) mixing the concrete compressive strength and tensile strength of lightweight aggregate replacement rate and the increase of the water-cement ratio gradually reduced. ( 3 ) the ratio of the mixed concrete prism compressive strength and cube compressive strength of lightweight aggregate replacement rate was not significantly related , the ratio is about 0.89 , splitting tensile strength and cube compressive strength ratio in 1 / 12-1/16 range between axial tensile strength and splitting tensile strength ratio of about 0.95 . ( 4 ) The test results of others , on an experimental basis , using the regression method of analysis , the proposed mixed aggregate cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the relationship between formula : f t, s = the the 0.3f 2 / 3 cu , and the cube compressive strength and axial tensile strength of the relationship between formula : the f t = 0.26f < sup > 2/3 cu . The test results provide reference data for the mixed concrete future research and engineering applications .
