Abstract


Since the rise of the international mechanism theory since the 1980s, and continuously developed, has become a hot topic in the field of international relations theory. The point of view of the theory of international mechanisms for international social order, stability, on the strengthening of the international status of the third world countries to ease North-South contradictions, as well as on the implementation of the principle of equality in international relations advocated significant analysis to solve international disputes in the region or regions within and issues important theoretical tool. Has been the Korean Peninsula has been hailed as Asia, the Balkans, since the Second World War, the turmoil of the Asian region are mostly related to the region. After the end of the Cold War, with the collapse of the Soviet Union, North Korea became the United States under a containment goals. The outbreak of 1993, North Korea nuclear crisis, exacerbated the turmoil of the Northeast Asian region. Many big and powerful countries of Northeast Asia, the complexity of international relations, the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, normalization of the relationship between the relevant countries, the issue of territorial disputes are affecting the development of the situation in the region. Compared to European integration mechanisms in the east coast of Asia, but the lack of relevant international mechanisms. Northeast Asian countries from the first round of six-party talks held in 2003, the region a mechanism to actively attempt. With the convening of six six-party talks, made a series of achievements, of great significance, the same time, however, some unfavorable factors restricting the institutionalization of the six-party talks also revealed that out. This paper first introduces the theoretical content of the theory of international mechanisms, definitions, characteristics, and related theoretical schools, analysis of the theory of international mechanisms, turned into a theory pave the way for the six-party talks mechanism; Second article a brief review of the origin of the North Korean nuclear issue, and relevant countries to make efforts to resolve the North Korean nuclear crisis: Sino-US inter-Korean four-party talks up the two Koreas, the United States and Russia, the six-party talks process, and analysis of the latest situation described in the brief process of the six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula and the six-party talks; again, this paper analyzes the results achieved in six of the six-party talks with unfavorable factors; Finally, this paper analyzes the significance of the six-party talks and the mechanism of the necessity and possibility, and concluded that China, as responsible for the rise of the big countries in the Northeast Asian security pattern factors and the role and mechanism of the six-party talks. This article basic theory through the use of international mechanisms analyzed factors of international mechanisms in the security situation in Northeast Asia, and the six-party talks as a direct entry point attempt from the perspective of the international mechanisms for the security and stability of Northeast Asia, the normalization of state-to-state relations provide a new perspective.
