Abstract


Objective To investigate the HLA-DRB1 * 7, * 13 gene with primary liver cancer relevance, looking for genetic risk of primary liver cancer and disease resistance genes provide clues. Method ( a ) to 37 cases of HCC diagnosed according to the national criteria for diagnosis of liver cancer patients as the case group and 20 healthy people as a control group , the study collected peripheral blood . ( 2 ) using a modified phenol- chloroform extraction method peripheral blood cell DNA. ( 3 ) using polymerase chain reaction / sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) method for HLA-DR7 and HLA-DR13 gene detection, analysis and primary liver cancer and its expression correlation . Results (1) HLA-DRB1 * 07 allele frequency in the case group was significantly lower than the control group (2.7% vs35%). The statistical analysis between the two groups HLA-DRB1 * 07 gene carrying rate was significant difference statistically significant (x2 = 8.707; P = 0.003; OR = 0.0516). (2) HLA-DRB1 * 13 gene carrying frequencies between cases were significantly lower than the control group (0% vs 55%). The statistical analysis between the two groups HLA-DRB1 * 13 gene carrying rate was significant difference statistically significant (# = 21.808; P = 0.000; OR = 0.45). Conclusion HLA-DRB1 * 07 and HLA-DRB1 * 13 allele may be associated with the lack of genetic susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinoma association .
