Abstract


The integrity of research is the most basic code of ethics to be followed in the course of scientific process of university teachers , but in recent years, many domestic universities broke a lot of research misconduct , and serious damage to the social status and reputation of the college . Research performance of the system and its pressure is the most important situational factors faced by university teachers in the Chinese context , this study through structural equation modeling , 232 samples from 13 colleges and universities to analyze , explore research performance pressure the scientific integrity of the university teachers and teachers' research self-efficacy and achievement motivation as individual factors in the impact . Structural equation modeling analysis results showed that the research performance pressure affect the integrity of research , teachers and self-efficacy and scientific achievement motivation also played a role in this process . On this basis , the study from the perspectives of the research and performance management system and help to enhance teachers' integrity and moral environment construction proposed possible measures to contribute to the construction of university research integrity .
