Abstract


Compared with the West, China's graduate education started late, the relative lack of financial investment in the country, lack of training experience, the conditions would not be enough teachers, through their own hard work, until now, every year tens of thousands of doctoral students and dozens of cultured ten thousand graduate students, post-graduate education became the world's great powers, can be described as brilliant achievements. Enrollment is to develop the first link, the good \Selection of personnel the level of quality will directly affect the quality of doctoral training as well as the overall quality of graduate education. To solve this problem, doctoral education should be the first to respond to enrollment link. As in recent years have been expanding our graduate enrollment, doctoral enrollment system also constantly changes, the state, and many colleges and universities are constantly explore effective selection methods, hope to establish simple, efficient method of enrollment, improve the innovation talent selection mechanism. In this study, starting from the needs of social development, based on China's national conditions, from our doctoral enrollment system as the starting point, using a variety of research methods, doctoral education in the country in the context of the doctoral admissions application system causes and occur the current situation, and in order to ensure the fairness of the comparison carried out abroad, and through research confirms ongoing doctoral enrollment reform, indeed achieved some success and has a great promotional value, is available as an emerging approach to recruitment selection be promoted. Through our current enrollment system of doctoral study, this research hopes aroused the parties to the doctoral enrollment system reform further attention in order to establish simple and effective, relatively complete and suitable for China's national conditions doctoral enrollment system management system and operation mechanism .
