Abstract


Obtained a great success since the late 1990s , the public Internet TCP / IP - based (Internet) , the global number of Internet users has more than one billion in 2009 , the construction of a computer network system of the government departments and enterprises has also been rapid development, including local area networks, campus networks and wide area networks . In this context , network systems integration industry has been rapid development , more and more capital and human investment in this industry . Due to the fierce competition in the market , more and more systems integration service provider to get the in-depth application and practice how concerned about project management in this industry . This paper combines the DMVPN WAN Projects of Jiangsu Province XX Group analysis and process management of enterprise-level computer network construction projects . First , based on the engineering characteristics of the systems integration project management status of the current computer network projects , the proposed purpose of this research and research ideas . Secondly , drawing on mature project management model and experience , combined with the actual situation of our systems integration projects using project management processes and methods of process , a crucial stage of the the Jiangsu Province XX Group Computer Network Engineering ( requirements analysis , system design , project implementation end of the project ) launched a project process management research , and proposed solutions for each stage of the key issues . Finally, the conclusions of this paper , and further research work prospects .
