Abstract


Performance management as an important part of a good performance appraisal index system is able to measure the job performance of the staff , to reflect the added value of the work output of the organization's objectives , to promote the realization of corporate objectives , to provide support for the sustainable development of enterprises . Performance evaluation index system use abroad is more mature in the country , especially in less developed western regions , real performance appraisal index system or use a good very few companies , mostly small and medium-sized enterprises because of its size and geographical differences also followed the tradition performance appraisal way . Many enterprises established early good benefits, but because of the lack of scientific management methods are ultimately short-lived . In this paper, detailed analysis of Guiyang Bo Site Chemical Co., Ltd. performance management problems based on the use of key performance indicators (KPI) , and analysis of the company's strategic objectives Bo Site set up company - level performance indicators , followed by based on the functions and objectives of the departments , combined with the company's strategy , then design the performance index of the sector and the positions of the indicators of performance appraisal , according to various indicators of the contribution of the company's goals set corresponding weights as well as indicators of scoring calculation methods , in order to establish performance evaluation index system of Guiyang Bo Site Chemical Co., Ltd. . The establishment of the system has a practical significance and reference value of the company to carry out performance management, to improve the overall efficiency , and help the sustainable development of enterprises .
