The industry cluster is an important phenomenon in today 's world economy . Industrial clusters have the space saving effect of the transaction costs , external economic effects , as well as enterprises in the cluster learning and innovation effects are generally regional economy can not match. So , in today 's rapid technological progress and knowledge innovation , competitive and global economy , rooted in specific local industry cluster for the role of regional economic development , more and more important . Enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry cluster is also increasingly becoming the focus of attention . The Shengzhou this county regional economic tie industry cluster is selected as the object of study, the study from the perspective of the tie competitiveness of industrial clusters . At present , the domestic scholars from various angles by the development and competitiveness of industrial clusters in China research for this article Shengzhou neckties industry cluster development , competitiveness and countermeasures provides a good theoretical basis and analytical guidance .
