Abstract


ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of the cut hanged line corresponding drainage and the cut hanged line labels for drainage for perianal abscess.Methods60 cases of perianal abscess patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group has 34 cases and the control group has 26 cases, take " the cut hanged line corresponding drainage " in the treatment group, and take " the cut hanged line labels for drainage " in the control group.The factors for analysis included postoperative pain,the form and function of anus, the time of hospitalization, the average healing time of the wound,the recurrence of anal fistula and recurrent observations were recorded in the follow-up. The results were analysed statistically to compare the two operative methods.ResultsThe lasting time of postoperative pain, the time of hospitalization and the average healing time of the wound in the treatment group were shortened as compared with those in the control group(P＜0.05). There were no significant difference in the form and function of anus, the recurrence of anal fistula and recurrent observations between the two groups (P＞0.05).ConclusionThe cut hanged line corresponding drainage is better than the cut hanged line labels for drainage for the treatment of perianal abscess.
