Abstract


Remuneration for labor rights is one of the important rights to labor rights, the basis of content , is protected by the labor law . Between workers and employers , labor will exist from the property , and there is the duality of property relations and personal relations , the reality of the employer plays a decisive role in the realization of the right of workers labor remuneration . Once the employer bankruptcy , labor remuneration of workers' rights will be significantly impacted . China 's labor law and bankruptcy law protection of the rights of labor remuneration provisions , but its terms , the program builds imperfect and many other issues , it is difficult to solve the complex situation exists in reality in the bankruptcy process . Remuneration for labor rights in the bankruptcy proceedings compared to other rights have the particularity essentially consistent with the requirements of the legal concept , and therefore strengthen the protection of its bankruptcy proceedings , also in line with the aspirations of social ethics .
