Abstract


This paper made discussion in four aspects. First, this paper has introduced the basic theory of ABS, history and current situation. The main parts of this chapter involved relative concepts, domestic situation and foreign experience. Second, the paper carried out feasible analysis of the power enterprise. This chapter analyzed the environment, product and market’s supply-and-demand. The third part is the design of electricity-backed asset securitization. This chapter included the selection of underlying assets and the design solutions of pricing. The contents of the fourth part concerned on primary operation of ABS. The focus of study in this chapter composed the construction of SPV and the choice about model of credit enhancement.The primary conclusion of this paper is possible that it will carry out ABS of the power enterprise in China. The selection of underlying assets and pricing depends on two types of electrical enterprise’s assets. The electrical enterporise should to contact the actual situations about building operation.
