Abstract


The purpose of trying to explore the relationship between comparative psychology and violations of human society . Provide the necessary psychological theory foundation and scientific basis for a deeper understanding of the human violations occurring psychological reasons , to weaken the human motivation infringement to prevent the occurrence of violations of human . Method literature method . In this study, the literature on social comparison theory and violations of motivation theory collation and analysis , and social comparison theory and violations of motivation theory are analyzed and discussed . Come to the assumption of the relationship between comparative psychology and motivation violations of human society . In addition, this study also used the method in the literature the aggressive criminal cases posted on the legal world network data analysis . The results show that the competitive social comparison psychological state is one of the motivations of human attack point of view put forward is meaningful . Sample survey method . Advantage of the draw method of random sampling sample of 60 cases of the legal world network posted offensive crime cases . Of these cases the motive for the crime to identify and data analysis . Reveals a new point of view on the basis of recommendations on how to prevent the occurrence of human attacks : by reducing social inequities ; give guidance on how to correctly understand the fair and equitable ; guide people to a correct understanding of competition and enhanced interpersonal exchanges between reducing people's hearts loneliness to prevent the occurrence of aggressive behavior .
