Abstract

Has improved steadily with the rapid development and popularization of the Internet , as well as the construction of broadband networks , the network began to bring people in various forms of information . The first pictures from the network to the various forms of network video , 3D animation , and audio-visual of people sleep on the network has been very satisfying . But it is faced with another inevitable embarrassment : vivid and clear media presentation seen on the network at the same time , had to spend a lot of time waiting to transfer files . To resolve this conflict , a new media technology came into being , which is the streaming media technology . Streaming media technology is widely applied in all aspects of Internet Information Services , has had a profound impact on people's work and life . So how to make the users on the network can be quickly and accurately find the video and smooth viewing , to provide users with a better video experience , it has a very important significance . This paper first describes the background and significance of the research , Research in related fields at home and abroad , introduction of Web Services and related technologies , and streaming media, and related technologies , and then analyzes the defects and shortcomings of the current Web Services - based video publishing program Web Services itself does not save the state . Cause of Web Services calls to transfer large amounts of state information , on the one hand, the security can not be guaranteed , on the other hand the waste of network resources , for this situation, the Web Services joined state characteristics , while binding of SMIL proposed a state of Web Services the streaming release program model , to enable them to save the state of user behavior effectively save network bandwidth consumption , shorten the time users to find video . Finally, on the basis of the above research stateful Web Services - based streaming prototype system was designed and implemented . The results show that the proposed system to overcome the stateless Web Services deficiencies , to provide users with a personalized service , more user-friendly access to resources effectively to achieve a cross-platform development language seamlessly integrated system solution the program has great flexibility and scalability , and ease of maintenance . Finally, a summary of the work done and further research directions and Prospects .
