Since China's reform and opening up , the country increased their strength , and greatly enhance its international status . The powerful of the country to promote the language more and more powerful , the number of overseas through a variety of learning Chinese . Chinese government to seize the opportunity , brewing promotion agencies offering language and culture abroad , the Confucius Institute sprung up in the global emergence of just a few years has made remarkable achievements , and again become the focus of national media coverage and public discussion . The Confucius Institute is based on teaching Chinese and dissemination of Chinese culture for the purpose of the non-profit educational institutions . Hanban under the guidance of , mainly to take the way of Sino-foreign cooperation , carry out the exchange of teaching and of the Chinese language education , cultural and other aspects .
