Abstract


Improve our ecological compensation system in order to achieve the ecological services provided and enjoy social justice , from a legal perspective is imminent ecological compensation in China Legal System \This article is divided in four parts. The introduction describes the purpose and significance of ecological compensation in China 's legal system background , research status , topics . The first chapter defines the concept of ecological compensation legal system , analyzes the connotation of ecological compensation and ecological compensation legal system theory of public goods , externalities theory , the ecological balance of theory , the theory of the value of environmental resources , Chapter II summarizes our experience and analysis of the shortcomings , the effects of foreign ecological compensation legal system , and pointed out that the legal system implementation of ecological compensation for us to establish and perfect the legal system of ecological compensation revelation ; Chapter established the principles of the legal system of the ecological compensation in discussed on the basis of ecological compensation in China 's financial transfer payment of the legal system , the legal system of the legal system of the environmental tax , resource tax , deposit the legal system , ecological immigration legal system , self-organized market compensation for the legal system and quotas on trade compensation for the legal system .
