Abstract


The Plenum of the Party clearly put forward the great historical mission of building a new socialist countryside. The success or failure of the new rural construction related to the process of China's socialist modernization, in relation to the speed of building a harmonious society, and to the fundamental interests of the broad masses of people. Therefore, by the party and government attach great importance to the progress of the new rural construction. After a phase of implementation, the new rural construction has made great achievements, the attention of the party and the state are inseparable, but the achievements at the same time there are some problems, such as the construction of new rural farmers dominant position image of the project in the absence of new rural construction and so on, this article focuses on the dominant position of farmers in the new rural construction. Although the farmers agreed that in theory is the main body of the new rural construction, but the current situation is the \farmers intrinsic motivation or inherent lack of motivation in the process of building new countryside. In this study, the analysis of the status of the dominant position of farmers in the new rural construction and improvement measures, consists of four chapters. Chapter I: Preamble. Clarify the significance of the topic of the article, significance, research methods and research innovation. Chapter II: theoretical analysis of the dominant position of farmers. Analysis of related concepts (farmers, the main body, the new rural construction), Marx classical writers of our history, the leaders of the importance of the issue of farmers, new rural construction, adhere to the dominant position of farmers is important. Chapter III: the reality of the dominant position of farmers. On the basis of achievements, leads to the absence of the dominant position of farmers, specific manifestations of the absence of the main independence, lack of creativity, lack of initiative, and lack of practical reasons, reasons: the peasants factors, institutional mechanisms factors, a strong dominant factor, the influence of traditional culture, erroneous understanding factors as well as government efforts to promote local economic constraints and the actual phase out of touch, among other factors.
