Abstract


Unbalanced development theory in the scientific concept of development under the guidance of a development theory. Mass sports in sports, as well as the cause of socialist modernization has played an important position. The non-balanced development of mass sports must be vigilant of the development of imbalances.In this paper, documents and materials, interview, a comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis of research methods such as mass sports in Hunan Province a non-balanced development of the situation conducted a study on the masses in Hunan Province to promote the comprehensive development of all aspects of sports provides a scientific basis.First of all, research from the national point of view of non-balanced development in all conditions were observed, and then refined to the right of non-balanced development of mass sports in China the status of observation, the final transition to focus of the study:Hunan Province, a non-balanced development of mass sports.Research from the Hunan Province sports demographic, social sports instructors, funding for mass sports and mass sports venues and facilities in Hunan Province in terms of the non-balanced development of mass sports analysis, summarized in Hunan Province sports population age structure on the presence of non-balanced development, need to vigorously the development of the population of young adults sports; social sports instructors there age and educational structure of the non-balanced development, need to optimize the age structure of social sports instructors and to improve social sports instructors and the academic level; mass sports a single source of funding for the fundin g needs expanding sources of funding,Attract social funds; mass sports activities, venues and facilities per capita than the national average, need to vigorously carry out the construction of physical fitness activities for people places and fitness path.
