Abstract

In the development of global economic integration and the competitive environment of the open network, the same phenomenon is increasingly common, the difference is getting smaller and smaller enterprises should plan the resources and capabilities in order to create the unique value of the enterprise, the formation of corporate competitive advantage and maintain the performance difference. With the arrival of the deepening of the process of transformation and upgrading and the \Competitive environment in the high degree of uncertainty, to establish a competitive advantage in the static environment erosion, Chinese enterprises should integrate established to respond to changes in the environment, reconstruction of internal and external competitiveness. On the basis of resources, build capacity-driven enterprises, increase the rate of utilization of resources is the key to solving these problems.
