Abstract


Enterprise culture reflects enterprise image and enterprise characteristics. As a modern enterprise management theory and management mode, its rich connotation, scientific management idea, flexible management, brings innovation to enterprise management.Tianma Supervision Company mainly deals with the supervision of housing construction projects, has municipal utilities series-A qualification of supervision. After 10 years of development, the company has become a leader in the industry. However, along with the economic development and change of the supervision industry, the company’s management encountered bottleneck, which mainly due to the modern enterprise culture has become a major factor in the development of the enterprise. Then Tianma Supervision Company must strengthen enterprise cultural construction.According to the study of enterprise culture theory and knowledge, the author try to combine the Tianma Supervision Company’s status and strategic development needs, through analyzing and researching the problems and difficulties of the Tianma Supervision Company in constructing enterprise culture, offers a design that suits the actual conditions of Tianma Supervision Company to help the company develops in a creative and effective way.
