Abstract

Biodiversity is a valuable natural wealth is an important material basis for the survival and development of human society, and have a very important role in the maintenance of the human living environment. The ecological land plays a major role in the maintenance of biological diversity and regional and global ecological balance, is human biodiversity conservation an important position. However, with the continuous development of the socio-economic, human beings carry out large-scale development and utilization of land, leading to the degradation of the natural ecosystem function, habitat destruction, significant loss of biodiversity. The world today is facing the population, resources, environment, food and energy five major crisis, the resolution of these crises have a close relationship with the biodiversity on Earth. Human development at the same time, should do our best efforts to protect biodiversity, development of rational land use planning to regulate land use activities. Since land and ecological relationships has relevance and complexity relative to other planning, ecological land use planning into the overall land use planning, can be effective in promoting the improvement of the ecological environment, people and nature live in harmony, and social and economic sustainable development. Therefore, people should be devoted to study the scale of ecological land it reasonable utilization and planning security measures. In this paper, Lingshui County, Hainan Province, for example, the first time the concept of ecological land-based biodiversity conservation planning to introduce into the land use planning, and strive to achieve the sustainable use of land resources through the the ecological land of rational planning, realization Mausoleum the water county social, economic and ecological goals of sustainable development, as well as other areas for biodiversity conservation and ecological land planning studies provide a reference. This paper is divided into six chapters discussed: the first chapter, mainly on the protection of biodiversity-based ecological land planning and research background, proposed the idea to go into the overall land use planning based on ecological land planning for biodiversity conservation, as well as in this article research significance, technical route, research methods and innovations. The second chapter is a summary overview of research at home and abroad on the biological diversity, ecological land use, and land use overall plan to determine the theoretical basis for planning and research-based the ecological biodiversity conservation land, provide a reference for the writing of this article.
