Objective To compare the BIS monitoring under general anesthesia combined with epidural block and simply general anesthetic propofol total amount of sufentanil dosage , extubation time , hemodynamic changes . Methods 40 patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery patients were randomly divided into general anesthesia group ( GA ) and general anesthesia combined with epidural block group ( GEA ) two groups of 20 each . GA group induced to turn midazolam 0.05mg/kg sufentanil 0.4μg/kg , vecuronium 0.1mg/kg induced by target-controlled infusion of propofol 1.5μg/ml , stepped increase in the concentration of propofol to BIS values ??of 40 to 50 tracheal intubation , intraoperative adjustment propofol target concentration to maintain BIS between 40 to 60 , intermittent intravenous vecuronium to maintain muscle relaxation , intraoperative micro pump continuous infusion Shufen too of Nepal 0.2 ~ 0.4μg/kg/h, to maintain hemodynamic fluctuations ± 20% of the base value . GEA Group first epidural catheter , epidural 0.375% ropivacaine 5ml until the anesthetic effect to determine underwent induction of general anesthesia to induce and maintain the same way as the GA group . Intraoperative epidural 0.375% ropivacaine 3 to 4m1 / h . Recorded at different time points in patients with heart rate ( HR ) , blood pressure ( BP ) , after stopping extubation time, operation time, the total amount of propofol , sufentanil dosage , patients were followed up without surgery awareness , record blood vessels The active drug usage . GEA group was systolic blood pressure, heart rate less than pure anesthesia group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , BIS values ??2 minutes after intubation , skin incision , exploration , skin closure is lower than general anesthesia group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; GEA group received propofol concentration and total propofol consumption were lower than the GA group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; GEA group sufentanil dosage lower than the GA group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; 4.GEA group of patients awakening , extubation time is shorter than the GA group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) ; none of the postoperative follow-up intraoperative awareness , the two groups of patients with the same number of vasoactive drugs . Conclusion BIS monitored anesthesia combined with epidural block anesthesia alone surgical patients the dose of propofol , sufentanil consumption decreased extubation time in advance , and hemodynamic instability .
