Abstract


This thesis is divided into three chapters . Chapter Nine Chain grass and the chemical composition of dwarf peach ; Chapter II of three kinds of sweet-scented osmanthus leaf fatty acid composition , flowers and leaves of the alpha - glucosidase activity study ; Chapter shrimp ridge Cymbidium chemical composition and pharmacological research are reviewed. Nine Chain grass and dwarf peach chemical constituents of its source is a orchid Calanthe Calanthe ( Calanthe discolor Lindl . ) ( Nine Chain grass ) whole plant study the chemical constituents isolated from ethyl acetate parts and identified six compounds ; Primulaceae dwarf peach (Lysimachia clethroides Duby) the whole plant chemical composition , two compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate parts , four compounds were isolated from the methanol site were identified, of which 5 months . Second, the fatty acid composition of sweet-scented osmanthus and inhibition of alpha - glucosidase enzyme activity of sweet-scented osmanthus (Osmanthus fragrans Lour.) Oleaceae Osmanthus is an evergreen shrub or tree , is one of China's traditional top ten flowers . Chaise red, the late Yingui , My Fair Lady , belonging to the sweet-scented osmanthus Tan Kwai Yingui varieties group . By GC-MS analysis, three kinds of sweet-scented osmanthus rich in fatty acids , linolenic acid, 14 - methyl - the pentadecane acid , linoleic acid, phytol is the main component of the total of the three . Royal Red , Night Silver Gui , My Fair Lady, flowers and leaves of the alpha - glucosidase activity studies have shown that three kinds of sweet-scented osmanthus with certain alpha - glucosidase inhibitory activity , and the activity of the extract is higher than the positive control Acarbose . Among them, the sweet-scented osmanthus leaf extract activity in the activity of flowers . Osmanthus extract rate of alpha - glucosidase inhibitory With Extracts concentration increases , the first rapid increase , the threshold is reached , no significant change . Third, Calanthe is a phytochemical and pharmacological research were reviewed in this chapter of Calanthe genus Calanthe chemical constituents and pharmacological activity .
